One of the Fall Community Remix Competition winners, Exxhy brought an insane dubstep demon into my compilation EP.
His version of FALL brought unbelievable energy and sound design creativity that rivals the top of the top in the dubstep genre. He is just starting out too with so much talent from the get-go. Super honored and proud to have this be a part of the EP :)

FALL is of huge importance to me. After the Uebok Remix, I became very nervous about what my follow-up song should be. The initial burst of interest in this project made it feel like I had one shot to follow up with something special.
I could have spent months writing the perfect song, but in the end, I went completely against my gut feeling and crunched out FALL in a week, then released it a few days after. It was by no means perfect, it wasn't mixed or mastered great either, so many quirks, but something about it made it special. It was a blueprint for what I would do in future tracks. What I aspired to be in that moment, and ultimately, the first YMIR-only track to be released.
Later came the discord, in which some producers started playing with the vocals, and later on planted the seeds of creating a Remix contest out of it, which lead to the wonderful winners Exxhy, HVLO, and EQUIMONIUM. Among them other equally amazing remixes and Artworks that people put their heart and soul into.
Alongside this, I was in the works of recording acoustic versions of Fall, Craving, and Tripwire with the amazing people at Alchemist Studios. Which lead to the creation of some beautiful organic versions that I couldn't be more proud of.
And finally a HUGE THANKS to Jawny Sparklez for his amazing work on co-writing the Eurobeat version. What started out as a joke from the community became one of the funnest tracks to work ever.
All this to say, this EP was a lot of work, and a lot of sleepless nights and I hope you enjoy it during the break I take over the coming months from self-releases.
