These are the requirements for it based on my research:
Your YouTube channel must be linked to Google + Profile or Page
If you use Google + Page, you must have a professional website
You must have at least 5000 subscribers
You must at least have 1000 followers on Google Plus
You must establish your brand
You must have above 15,000 watch time hours in the last 90 days.
