It all went down at a 7/11 in Philly. A 22-year-old man with cerebral palsy parks out front in handicap parking. Ken mocks the man inside the store, and continues to do so outside in the parking lot to his face. And, for absolutely no reason, sucker punches him square in the jaw. Ken flees the scene but the surveillance video led to his capture. Barry Baker Jr was arrested for assault and was released on $25,000 bail. But Barry got in a high-speed chase and crashed his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
