What is more Texan than smoked queso?!?! My friend Doug introduced to me to his Smoked Queso at the Houston Rodeo World BBQ Championship and now I can't stop making it! This stuff is easy to make and so addicting! It has one unique ingredient, cream of mushroom, that is key to the recipe.
