iDigital refuses to fix my MacBook Pro's wake-up issue

This is my MacBook Pro here as you can see. I bought it about 18 months ago in Israel from iDigital (with a 3-year warranty).
I put it to sleep after I was done working last night. I went to sleep and wanted to wake it up by pressing buttons on the keyboard - and lo and behold, it does not. Instead, the sleeplight flashes seemingly at random.
This happens almost every single time.
What's more infuriating is that I went through the trouble of getting an extended 3-year warranty from the Apple Premium Reseller here (iDigital). But when I put this machine to repair (twice so far!!) they returned it after running diagnostics and declaring it for all intents and purposes "healthy". Not only that but when they called me last Sunday to inform me that the computer is ready for pickup they also threatened me that the next repair may cost me for "wasting their time." You heard that right, they're threatening to charge me for repairs under warranty.
That's iDigital for you. A disgrace to Apple, quite frankly.
Update: Now it stopped booting altogether. I'll put it for repair a third time and hope it goes better.
