This video examines discrepancies in cut and fill volumes between TIM CREDO Design (version 2025.2.2) and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

It shows that when using identical surfaces, the calculation difference is less than 0.05%, confirming the correctness of the calculation algorithms in both systems.

The reasons for possible deviations are discussed: differences in the construction of the original surfaces, specific version features (a nuance in version 2025.2.1 with additional triangles), and the correct method for calculating volumes within a contour.

A step-by-step algorithm is also demonstrated:
• calculating volumes between surfaces within specified boundaries,
• generating a summary statement,
• exporting surfaces to LandXML 2.0 format,
• importing into Civil 3D, and a final comparison of the results.

Result: with identical surfaces and a correct calculation method, the volumes in KREDO and Civil coincide (calculation by prisms), and discrepancies arise only due to differences in the construction of the models.
