The Polsen MO-IPL2 is a lavalier condenser microphone designed to deliver accurate speech capture for podcasting, vlogging, video, television production, interviews, and public address. It features an Apple MFi–certified Lightning connector for compatibility with a variety of iOS devices, and a 3.5mm stereo mini-jack output to allow easy headphone monitoring of playback signal. The MO-IPL2's electret condenser element produces a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, which is honed to complement the sound of the human voice. The omnidirectional polar pattern ensures responsive sound pick-up from all directions while avoiding the bass boost caused by proximity effect.
No batteries or power supplies are required. Simply connect the MO-IPL2 to your compatible iOS device for immediate operation. An integrated 16-bit / 44.1 kHz analog-to-digital converter delivers enhanced fidelity and less noise when compared to your device's internal A/D converter. Affix the supplied windscreen to reduce wind noise, breath noise, and plosives. The 5.25' cable is insulated to inhibit radio-frequency interference and handling noise, yielding a clean audio output signal.
