Weapons & The Apocalypse - Post Apocalyptic Writing Advice
In this brief video I touch upon everything I tend to consider when creating a post apocalyptic world in terms of weapons and what will be in it. From the apocalyptic event which causes the issues and freezes progress for weapon development, alongside finding stashes of old guns. Alongside this, knowledge can be forgotten, or progress can be furthered or altered in direction (something that can easily allow us to add that little bit of sci-fi flavour if it hasn't already).
Anyway, though I say it's more in-depth, it really is still just a bit of a ramble from myself over how I tend to think about and consider these things. Hopefully it might spark something for you :)
