Goðafoss is a spectacular waterfall in northern Iceland. The waterfall and its surroundings are pretty scenic. Namely, a wide, and horseshoe-shaped rock divides Goðafoss into two sections. Godafoss can be found near the port of Akureyri. Goðafoss has left an important mark on Icelandic culture.
