When it comes to Chivalry 2, many players start out with a bad habit of panic blocking. They're used to other games where passively blocking attacks is the norm, and timed parries are only necessary for specific skillful actions. Unfortunately, timing your block is necessary in this game when fighting other players as good players will consistently guardbreak you and take advantage of you holding the button for too long.
