Jawbone has slowly been adding features to its recently release UP lineup. The last update included 2 additional days of battery life (going from 5-7), and this latest update bring the biggest, most requested features yet.
The UP3 and UP4 now include passive heart rate tracking (PHR), alongside the existing resting heart rate tracking (RHR). This means that throughout the day, the UP will semi regularly capture your PHR. This will happen whenever you are not in motion, to be more accurate.
