KR - Skill rune previews (26/05/17)

These are some very interesting skill runes because of that "silence" effect in PvP. The archer one also looks brilliant for PvE (after we get 10 hotkeys). None of these seem overpowered but they look like a very nice set of skill runes which are well designed. I'm a little sour about the wizard skill rune not being a little stronger for PvE but we've done well recently with other skill runes so I'm not too bitter.
