LeRoya Sanford is inspiring, remarkably debuting in professional, world renowned comedy clubs in Los Angeles from age eight! LeRoya uses magic to bring positivity and wonder to her performances. She has been mentored in comedy by none other than Whoopi Goldberg after her appearance on "the View". Her Dad was a magician and LeRoya had a strong desire to believe in magic from childhood. After discovering you needed to be a member to perform at the Magic Castle LeRoya successfully auditioned and secured a place within the Junior Program. Diana Zimmerman, the Magic Castle's Junior Youth Program co-founder with Cary Grant, recognised immediately the potential within LeRoya and she mentors her personally. LeRoya states, "I am a female minority, comedian, entertainer, magician and I didn't want people to only see the complaints and the heartache. I also wanted to be able to inspire and add hope and that's exactly what magic did perfectly." LeRoya's story is unique and she represents youth and positivity for the future of comedy, magic and magicians.
