The Baltimore Police Department lacks the funds to conduct ongoing surveillance of Marlo Stanfield's drug crew. With their constant police presence finally gone Marlo decides that it's time to let the other drug crews in west Baltimore know who really wears the crown by turning loose his best two killers, Chris Partlow and Snoop Pearson.
