How to mod Fallout 3 (XBOX 360)
In this video, I will be showing you how to mod Fallout 3 with USB on XBOX 360.
When I say mod, your probably thinking of stuff like fly and infinite health.
Sorry but that isn't what you can do with it.
By mod I mean like editing your skills and changing your inventory.
What pisses me off about the Fallout 3 VE is that you can't change your skill point, like barter, lockpick, etc.
