I’ve been playing Forbidden Isle for almost 2 years now and it was definitely a treat for me.
At first, like many of the levels I’ve tried, it was extremely fun and enjoyable. After playing from 0, that completely changed. I ended up getting SO BORED of playing this level that I barely played it after I had reached about 30 thousand attempt. Might I add all this was being done on a 60hz mobile device.
So yesterday actually, the 5th of may I ended up getting my first ever personal laptop, which was huge for me. I wasn’t honestly expecting to do all that much with it in relation to gd, but after I tried it out I was really just… ready to say the least. I first off got mega hack and all that stuff which for someone that has never used a mod menu in gd before is extremely hype.
Anyway, now that I had this laptop, I was now able to play above 60hz for the first time. My native for this is 144hz which is what I ended up using for this. Then I just decided to start playing Forbidden Isle on it. I was able to do 50-100 TWICE in under 10 minutes, so at that point I decided to just try and beat it. And guess what… I BEAT IT!!
For me, it’s just so surprising how much better the game runs than on mobile. It’s such a significant difference. Now I plan to beat all the levels that I have been attempting to be for OVER A YEAR… that being Cataclysm, Forbidden Isle obviously, Heartbeat and Infernal Abyss!
Anyway that’s my spheel on that, for my other completions I won’t go on a huge spheel like this. I just wanted to talk a bit about me transferring from mobile.
