Here's a montage of all the main characters from Teen Wolf. I put them in order from the most to the least number of episodes they appeared in (the last characters in the video appeared in 5 episodes). If the characters featured in the same number of episodes, I put them in alphabetical order (except for Scott & Lydia, because Scott is the main character). I found the numbers of episode each actor appeared in thanks to IMDb. But I took out the episode if they said "credit only" (for example, IMDb says that Dylan O'Brien appeared in 92 episodes, but 7 of those were "credit only," so it goes down to 85).
I made a mistake for the number of episodes for Lydia. Holland was actually in 94 episodes, not 100.
I realized that I forgot to include two characters in the video who appeared in 5 episodes:
The Ranger (Ghost Rider) / Actor: Kevin Ogilvie / Season: 6 / Number of episodes: 5
Severo Calavera / Actor: Ivo Nandi / Season: 4 / Number of episodes: 5
I wanted to post this video during the final season, but I didn't know the number of episodes the actors featured in because sometimes they announce it at the last minute, so I had to wait.
