Title: [FIX] Unable to Launch GTA5.exe Error
Fix 1. Removing administrator rights:
Go to the properties of GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe, untick the option, "Run this program as an administrator"
Launch the game, and it should work perfectly fine.
Fix 2: Run everything as an administrator, including Steam:
Using this method, you can enable administrator rights, for both GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe
Then exit steam completely (including tray icon)
Now launch the steam as an administrator.
Start the game from steam itself, and it should work completely fine.
