I’ve worked with hundreds of agencies, freelancers, creatives and the #1 onboarding mistake is this….
Not automating it.
The second a client signs a contract is the second they have buyers remorse.
So, here’s our process:
Create an intake form that sales fills out.
This AUTOMATICALLY sends them a contract and welcome email.
After they sign the contract it AUTOMATICALLY sends them another email with the onboarding form.
After they fill out the onboarding form, it AUTOMATICALLY sends them a calendar link to their onboarding call.
In addition, it’s doing ALL of the back end setup in our CRM and PM pages.
