Could not find this item. This is no longer located in X. Verify the item’s location and try again.
Fixed :
For all of those who can't delete file or folder using cmd:
1) Download 7-Zip;
2) Install 7-Zip;
3) Open 7-Zip and go to your parent folder which consists problematic files or folders;
4) Right Click on problematic files or folders;
5) Open in '7-Zip' and goto ''add to archive'';
6) Tickmark in the box named 'Delete files after compression'
7) Click ok
8) Now delete the compressed file normally.
