How To Change Your Ubuntu Desktop Background And Screen Saver
This video will show you how to change the background image in Ubuntu Linux. It also shows you how to uninstall the gnome screen saver which is none it only dims the screen and turns it off and install xscreen saver along with the gnome screens savers so that you do have a screen saver in Ubuntu Linux from version 11.04 through 13.10.
Commands
Run First: sudo apt-get remove gnome-screensaver
Run Second: sudo apt-get install xscreensaver xscreensaver-data-extra xscreensaver-gl-extra
