Ingredients for my how to make peppercorn sauce recipe, from scratch: (enough for 2 steaks):
2 Shallots
2 tbsp Whole peppercorns
40g Butter
100ml Double Cream
1 Beef stock cube
1 tsp Dijon mustard
50ml Brandy
