VULVODYNIA AND VAGINISMUS | My personal experience
In this video, I discuss a still little-known vulvar condition that affects 15% of women of childbearing age: VULVODYNIA, which in my case is linked to VAGINISMUS, a severe contraction and hypertonicity of the pelvic floor. Both are highly debilitating conditions that, unfortunately, are rarely discussed and are not recognized by the Italian national health system, meaning treatment is entirely at the patient's expense and is also very expensive.
