Jerks when running on gas after 20,000 km
Previously, on our channel, I discussed in detail the installation of LPG equipment in my Skoda Octavia. We discussed the safety of installing LPG in a car, whether LPG systems harm the engine, and other issues. Afterward, we decided on the LPG equipment and the service center I would trust to install it in my Skoda.
For almost two years, there were no issues at all. But after 20,000 km, a slight difference emerged between driving the car on LPG and on gasoline. Specifically, when pressing the accelerator pedal sharply, there were dips and jerks in the engine. This doesn't happen with gasoline.
I contacted the Motor-Gaz service station, where I had the LPG system installed, with this issue. Let me tell you right away that they resolved the issue in 20 minutes and also explained the cause.
