This lecture is part of the "Technosphere Mail.ru Group" educational project at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The goal of the course is to gain knowledge in product and project management using Mail.ru Group as an example, understand the role of product and project managers, and explore the development prospects and specifics of product and project management in a large company.
The course covers the theory and practice of product management and everything that goes on within (or around) it: processes, requirements, metrics, deadlines, launches, and, of course, people and how to communicate with them.
