LYRICS:
You’ve never been gone this long
And I’ve never missed you
It hurts when you’re gone
I know now ‘cause I feel it, I feel it
‘Cause the blood runs cold through my veins
Wonderin’ if you’ll come back the same
‘Cause you’re holdin’ on to somethin’
That’s not me,
You’re holdin’ on to somethin’
Darlin’ please, please
Goin’ back
Goin’ back to the start
I know it’s been hard, so hard
But baby I’ve been tryin’, I’ve been tryin’ to tell you
There’s music to be heard
Darlin’ come dance with me, just dance
‘Cause you’re holdin’ on to somethin’
That’s not me,
You’re holdin’ on to somethin’
Darlin’ please, please
Let go, let go, let go, let go
Not of me
‘Cause you’re holdin’ on to somethin’
That’s not me,
You’re holdin’ on to somethin’
Darlin’ please, please
