Very short cutscene from the latest character story quest starring the prideful, peckish and penniless Astrologer, Mona!
If you like watching Genshin Impact cutscenes, unfortunately, Mona's story quest only has this one cutscene right at the start. Also, I tried replaying this multiple times and the voice/subtitles mismatch seems to be inherent on the English dub for the cutscene.
