The work is about taking responsibility for our actions and allowing Divinity to work within us, cleansing and transmuting for the better whatever causes pain or sorrow.
Little by little, if you do these exercises, you will become more aware and see the change within you. The important thing is that you commit to change and be rigorous in your practice.
The key is to learn to let go and trust, and not get caught up in the external noise. For that, it's important to be consistent in your practice and not just engage in ho'oponopono when something goes wrong. Ho'oponopono is a way of life and thinking that goes beyond words, triggers, or mantras.
The important thing, apart from practicing, is to change your mental patterns and the way you relate to your environment. The path can be very easy if we carry it out in this community, together, so I invite you to join the weekly practices and cleanse together.
Remember that you are divinity in essence and you deserve a full and happy life. Anything that separates you from that is a faulty memory that you can erase. That's the magic of ho'oponopono.
I hope this meditation helps you and that you repeat it whenever you need to. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. Thank you for cleaning with me.
