The Baatz family is suing Arrow Bar for serving alcohol to an intoxicated individual who later caused an accident. The Baatz family claims that the individual was served alcohol by one of the employees, and therefore Arrow Bar is responsible. The court found that there is no evidence to support this claim and dismissed the case against the individual defendants. Baatz also claimed that the corporation is liable since its employees served alcohol to the intoxicated individual, but the court found this claim to be too broad.
