Sonachand Adhikari completed his PhD from the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering at the Australian National University in 2023. During his PhD, he worked on GaN AlGaN core-shell nanowires for ultraviolet emission. Currently, he is working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Australian National University on Flexible Gallium Nitride.
