Public Records Request...Told I Must ID When LEO Requests (Part 3/4)
Maricopa County Protective Service Records Request. Two members of the Maricopa County Protective Services failed to identify themselves after remaining parked illegally for an extended period of time on a public street. When I tell them I will not identify myself", I am told it is mandatory when a LEO makes contact with me (happens around the last 9:45 or so mark if you want to skip directly towards that).
