Today, I will show you how to delete your Genshin impact account. This works on both your computer or on mobile.
First, you need to login to your genshin impact account. Now pay attention to the top right corner. That is your game ID which you will need.
Since there is no account deletion option in the profile, you will need to send an email to the customer support team in Mihoyo to delete your account.
Now, head to your email of choice. The email you need to send to is “genshin underscore cm or cs” at mihoyo dot com.
The title will be “Help With Account Deletion”.

Now, go back to your account and copy the account ID.
Paste it into this section alongside your account name or email.
Change your name below and you can send that email. Wait for the customer support to respond to your request.
