I finally beat the Flooded City's Special Rank Colosseum on Very Hard mode with 9S!

I believe this is the only video showing a Special Rank clear on Very Hard mode is doable with 9S. This was extremely difficult, but very fun as well to learn. It was nice to mess around with the utilities that 9S has to offer.
