Moreover, there are also companies like SNAP that are down 90% but still have a hidden value that could be potentially interesting to a buyer like Meta or Google. Sometimes a company does not know what to do with its products and brand but a bigger company does know. This is why big companies acquire smaller ones to create vertical values.
Also, with the whole market being down because of the economic and geopolitical tension in the world, why do I focus on just a few? This is because stocks need to have something called momentum. This is a statistical factor that has been proven to generate alpha for hedge funds and mutual funds. Focusing on stocks with momentum is very important for traders like me and you as well.
