Quick Reflections in Blender's Grease Pencil
This is a very simple trick to add fake reflections to your GP objects that update when you make changes.
It is not perfect, but I found this to be quite flexible and fast to set up vs mirror modifier.
You can also parent the floor object to the main drawing if you want to move the whole thing more.
