Growing Hot Peppers in a 12oz Can - KSLS - Seed to Harvest & Tasting!
In today's video, we embark on the journey of planting hot peppers (KSLS) seeds in a can! Watch it grow from planting the seeds to harvesting and tasting. We decided to grow the Khang Starr Lemon Starrburst pepper variety in this 12oz aluminum can.
This Winter is Canning Challenge 2020-21 is our first effort - thanks to the Pepper Lovers community for initiating the fun winter project!

This plant only produced one pepper at a time, dropping all other flowers. Unfortunately, the resulting pod didn't have the ideal KSLS shape, with the saucer shape and tail. However, the flavor was FANTASTIC! Good heat as well (as you will see...).
