What Scares Lions?
Lions are apex predators and sit at the top of the food chain, meaning they generally don't have natural predators. However, there are specific circumstances where lions might feel threatened or afraid:
1. Humans: Humans are arguably the biggest threat to lions. Encounters with humans, whether through poaching, habitat encroachment, or conflict with livestock farmers, can instill fear in lions.
2. Other Lions: Territorial disputes between rival lion prides or solitary male lions can cause significant fear and aggression. Intruding males often pose a danger to cubs and resident males.
