ScriptRunner - Create multiple issues with HAPI
HAPI - easier version of the current Jira API. You would have to write lots of libraries (could be found and copy pasted, just like I did..). Yes, you can use the regular API, but I wanted to show my Groovy basics. Hope I did well!
