Short Review
Here we are at the final episode of this amazing Anime... :( I am going to miss the second opening as well, it's one of the best i've ever heard. So this was a huge mess after all, the war finally ended and apparently Kirei came out on top with Archer, who apparently is now incarnated as a real human in that world. I wonder how that happened and why Kirei is also alive since he has no heart beat at all. But man, in those moments when Kiritsugu is trying to save as many people as he can in the middle of that destruction is heartbreaking and just shows his true self..... In the end thats all he ever wanted, to save everyone, but he knew that the only way to achieve that wish was to make many sacrifices along the way. The only reason he did all of those sacrifices was to get his wish and stop all the killing, but it was not possible in the end... Also the moment when Kirei gives Rin the sword that Tokiomi gave Kirei, and which he then used to stab Tokiomi in the back was just.... If only she knew about that... I do think she blames him for her father's death though since they were always together and I am also curious about why Aoi is still alive, even if she looks mentally ill. I am pretty sure Kariya killed her so yea, I don't know what happened, might be related to how Kirei is still alive as well, who knows. I hope I can find the answers to that in UBW and I can't wait to start it next Monday! Hope you guys are excited for it as well, if it's as good as Fate/Zero, then i'm already happy since this one was amazing! I loved everything from story to animation to the amazing soundtrack... everything of that made this anime a great masterpiece and I hope I can see some of this characters in the next one!
