How to type in Chinese pinyin with tone marks on Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS. HINT: It is much easier on a computer than on your phone.

NOTE: Pinyin tone marks are not supported on all fonts, and if the font you are using doesn't support tone marks, the tone marked vowel will be substituted with a different font. There is a reason I like to use Chalkboard SE font on this channel - it fully supports tone marks.
