A quick short video of a problem that I've encountered with antivirus deleting files that I want to download.

If you only have Windows Defender as your antivirus software, you can temporarily shut it off.
Windows Defender - Settings - Real time protection - Off
Download the file. Turn antivirus back on.
Windows Defender - Settings - Real time protection - On
Windows Defender - History Tab - Quarantined Items
Click on Quarantined Items - Look at the file name - Restore if file name matches
