ChannelMax Integration | Sellercloud Tutorial
ChannelMax is an Amazon repricing software that allows you to automatically reprice your items and maximize your BuyBox percentage. Sellercloud’s integration allows you to do this across different products from your dashboard.
Every hour, ChannelMax will send prices to items that have changed in the past 5 days using the service ChannelMaxFeedServices.
► You will need to enable the Client Setting Enable Third Party Product Feeds so that Product Feed is visible.
ChannelMaxFeedServices must be running to send updated prices.
To Configure a feed for ChannelMax you need to first set up an FTP account and folder.
You can contact Sellercloud Support to help you with all that or set it up yourself by heading back to the Product feeds and clicking CM.
► Then, add FTP settings to ChannelMax
► You’ll need to configure ChannelMax to pull the file from your FTP account
► To configure your Sellercloud Feed Settings, go to the ChannelMax Feed Settings page, and check the options to determine product information to be included in the ChannelMax feed
► The options checked should match what is set on ChannelMax
The following fields are always included in the feed: SKU, ASIN, Maximum-selling-price, Minimum-selling-price, MAP, FBA.
The following fields are controlled based on the Condition, RepricingModelID, purchase-price, quantity, Sellingvenue. Note that the “Include in repricing column” option must be enabled.
To access these Settings:
► Go back to the Toolbox and select the desired settings page e.g. Amazon Settings, Channel name General Settings, or Product Feed, and click CM
► You can also find these settings when you go to Settings and select Client Settings.
► Another option is to open a product, go to the Toolbox, and select the desired Settings page.
Although you are setting up the feed in a given company, you can use the Companies checkboxes to include products from other companies in the feed.
Bulk Update Channel Max Products
If products and settings have already been set on ChannelMax, you can download a file with those settings from ChannelMax and import it into Sellercloud using the import button on the CM Feed Settings page.
► To update the product values in bulk, use the Bulk Update Products feature with the following column headers:
► IncludeInCMFeed, UseStopLossPrice, StopLossPrice, AmazonPrice, ASIN, AmazonPricingRuleID
