How to Program ATtiny85 45 Arduino Tutorial 1.0.5 ESP32 STM32
This video will help you get started with programming the ATtiny series microcontrollers using your existing Arduino using the standard ArduinoISP example code found inside the 1.0.5 Integrated Development Environment (IDE), I was calling it a Sketchbook mistakenly.

The UNO or Duemilanove needs a 10μF (microfarad) capacitor between RESET and GROUND (polarity matters with electrolytic / can style caps).
Note with the Nano: If you're getting an "stk500_getsync().." error when trying to upload to the ATtiny, add the 10uf to the Nano's Rst to Gnd pins, it should work
