This video is showing off the Sumeru DailY Commission, Blooming Sands: Lasting Scent. You can get the Lingering Fragrance achievement from completeing this commission.
To get this commission, you need to do the Bloominng Sands world quest first by talking to Raef in Aaru Village. You will then be eligible to get Desert Bloom Daily Commissions.
There are three different versions of this commission, Watering, Kitten and Zaytun Fruit. Once you have done all three different versions, you can then get this Daily Commission to unlock the achievement!
This can take a while (Took me around 5 months of Daily Sumeru Commissions to get it!), so it's very luck based on whether you get this commission! Good luck :)
