Problem:

chrome crash a few seconds after starting it.
I have seen this problem in the forum already, but nothing fixes it for me.
It started 2 days ago, I just closed chrome and when I wanted to open it again the problem started. When I'm opening chrome it will work fine for a few seconds and then stop responding. when I go to task manager to try and kill it there is always one process that I can't close.
I have tried every solution on the help Manuel and more.
I reinstalled it 3 times, started a new profile, changed the default file in chrome to default. old, restarted my computer, checked my anti-virus, checked for mellower and bad extension, and tried incognito mode that crash too.
nothing seems to work, right now I'm typing this using Microsoft edge that works just fine.

Step 01: One involves graphics GPU issues solved by Disabling hardware acceleration
Step 02: Involves graphic GPU issues and can be mitigated with
" --disable-direct-composition"
add as Target option in Windows Chrome shortcut or
Step 03: The other involves cryptoServices.
Go search services Stop cryptoServices
