We all know that when we want to print in high quality, this has an adverse effect on the time it takes to make the print. Yet that does not always have to be the case.
Simplify3D makes it easy to make settings that allow you to print with the same visual quality, while the time it takes for the print to be finished can be greatly reduced, even up to more than 50%.
In this video I show how I use the variable settings wizard to reduce the printing time enormously while there is no visible difference between this print and a print where I have not done these adjustments.
By using these settings it is possible to reduce the cost of printing a part enormously since less material is used and much less time is needed to print the part. The costs for manufacturing this part can then be reduced by half.
