Rear-Wheel Drive vs. Front-Wheel Drive: Which is Better and Why?
Cars come in different configurations; some are front-wheel drive, others rear-wheel drive, and so on.
Today we're going to look at the strengths and weaknesses of each, and why and for whom a front-wheel drive car might be better, and for whom a rear-wheel drive car would be better.
Front-wheel drive vehicles are usually designed for city driving or everyday use. They're cheaper to produce and are also easier to handle.
On the other hand, rear-wheel drive vehicles are generally more powerful, and most sports cars use this system.
Generally speaking, someone who is a novice or inexperienced driver might feel more comfortable in a front-wheel drive car than a rear-wheel drive one, and vice versa; an experienced driver might enjoy rear-wheel drive vehicles more.
