Wireless Doorbell Extender Project: ESP8266 ESP-NOW

You can make a wireless doorbell extender without modifying existing doorbell wiring if you can
hook an SCT-013 current transformer somewhere on an existing doorbell wire.
Then, using a relay and a pair of ESP8266's, you can monitor the current and detect when the doorbell rings and wirelessly trigger the relay using ESP-NOW.
By hooking up a second doorbell in a location where the main doorbell can't be heard, the relay can be used to close the switch and trigger the new doorbell when the original one is activated.
