3. Streamed E.V.O. The Theory of Evolution (PC-98) - Bigger is Better
So after the fun of our SNES E.V.O game, we check out where it all began in the prequel (sort of) game for a console you've likely never heard of.
This game is a bit wild, I'm not the best to explain how it works, but it's closer to a Dragon Quest 1 style game in a "fantasy" Earth evolution timeline, with a ridiculous storyline.

For setup, it requires configuring a PC-98 emulator, which is a Japanese only home computer, similar to an Amiga in the west, and a translation patch to the Japanese only game across 3 or 4 floppy disks. It's a fair bit of work, but manageable if you'd like to play along.
