Open Media Vault - How To Extend Storage Pool
It this video I should you how to add a drive to a Storage Pool within OMV.
This method doesn't add to a raid rather just adds the new drive to a existing pool.
In my example here I have a Stripe Raid (Raid 0) and I have added a 4TB Drive along side that raid.
